Employment Disputes and Discrimination

James G. Levins specializes in all aspects of Employment Disputes and Discrimation, representing workers who have been unlawfully discharged or otherwise denied their employment rights.

We have helped individuals in employment disputes including wrongful discharge in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination on the basis of age and gender, and violation of employee’s rights conferred by express or implied contract.

Significant recoveries have been obtained for our clients in employment law matters. We always endeavor to resolve disputes as quickly and expeditiously as possible. When a fair settlement is in a client’s best interest, we will recommend it, but we are also prepared to pursue a case to jury verdict if necessary to secure our client’s rights and benefits.

A representative case is Mueller v. Rutland Mental Health, 8/17/2006, VT U.S. District Court, 2006 WL 2585101
